READY TO LEARN MORE? What’s the overall process working with you as the voice actor for my project?

1. Can you do a custom audition to confirm the project tone and pace?

Absolutely! if desired, I’ll record a short free custom demo from the sample script you provide, to get your feedback for final confirmation for the overall project tone and pace for this project. This is where you can provide script direction for the read you are looking for ex. reading speed, friendlier, formal, etc. Once you have approved the demo, this step is done.

2. What about project details?

Working together, we will confirm the scope of the project and summarize all the pertinent information required for the project, usually via email. This includes where the voice over will be used (broadcast or non-broadcast specific platform), how long the project is (ex. word count or :30sec :60sec spot, etc); budget; licensing period for the VO, what the project timeline is and your file specs, raw versus edited audio with specified file format delivery, etc.

Once confirmed, I’ll send you the project invoice, which includes the above information along with the payment terms and Terms and Conditions of the project.

3. When should I send you the final version of the script?

Just as soon as it is ready! Seriously, since all project details are now finalized, the script is the final piece of the puzzle.

4. What information should I include with the script?

Thanks for asking!:) Instructions are always welcome and appreciated. This can include any phonetic pronunciations of any unusual or technical words, websites, longer pauses you might want included in the script. It also helps when you put the words you’d like to be emphasized in bold or italics.

Keep in mind that content (number of words) versus time can be totally different on paper versus when read aloud so, realistic expectations make the voice recording process go smoother… I still can’t fit “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” into one second of audible speech!

5. What happens next?

Sit back and relax and let me work for you. I’ll record the voice over and send it to you, editing or leave it raw per the specs discussed when first ironing out the
project details, along with the demo tone and pace that you approved.

6. Success!

it’s completed glory!

• Can I Afford You? How Much Do You Charge?

It sounds like you have a project you need a voice actor for and a budget in mind. Let’s talk and come up with a solution that benefits everyone. Keep in mind that there are many factors that influence our discussion of voice over rates including:

Budget | timeline
Placement: Broadcast (Radio/TV) or Non-Broadcast
Content Length: Runtime or script upload / word count
Licensing/Usage scope: # of weeks, months, year
Internet marketing – location, demographics, sub interests, etc. in what market(s)

• What's Your Average Turnaround Time for Voice Over Projects?

FAST! Each project is different but for most projects, usually 24-48 hours if not sooner, usually dependent on script length. With a high level of customer service, undergirded by open communication channels, my goal is to get you the completed professional voice over as soon as it is completed.

Delivery time of longer projects are dependent on the script size, which we outline together during initial project detail discussions. Past clients can attest to our level of commitment to the success of your project. Do you have specific questions regarding your project? • I Need to Hear You Audition My Script. Is This Possible?

Absolutely. Just send me a request for a free custom demo before hiring me. Once received, I will record it and get it back to you within 24 hours. You can send me an email with information on your voice over project. Information to include: your script, read direction for the sound and feel of the script, any additional information you have regarding the project. The demo will give you a great idea on how your project will sound, and it will give you a chance to request any changes in tone, cadence, etc.

• Do You Actually Have Your Own Recording Studio For Voice Over Work?

Yes. I work in my own professional acoustically treated studio.

• What Hardware|Software Do You Use?

Only the best! Sennheiser MKH 416, Audient id14, Adobe Audition. Broadcast quality all the way.

• How Will You Deliver My Finished Audio?

Typically through iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive or email. I also support all major file formats (MP3, WAV, AIFF, etc.) and can deliver per your format specifications.

• Can You Edit Audio, Too?

Definitely. Some of my clients prefer a raw or unedited file and others would like the voice over edited at the time of delivery. I’m flexible per your stated requirements that we discussed during our initial communication on project details. For all edited voice over recording files received, they will be delivered as final project ready audio – clear and error free.

• Can I Direct Recording Remotely?

Absolutely! I love love love directed sessions as they provide the perfect opportunity for you to decide the pace, feel and tone of the voiceover for your project in real time. There are a myriad of options available for Directed Sessions
including Source Connect (TataCeke), Skype (Wacekew), Zoom, Bodalgo call, phone, etc. Let me know your preference as we finalize the project details.
